What's new in Suite 2.0

We've been building this release for six months. The headline feature is AI-assisted routing — but the deeper story is that the entire platform has been rearchitected to handle more complexity without becoming harder to operate.

"Suite 2.0 isn't just a feature release. It's the foundation we needed to build the next two years of the product on."

The three major changes

1. AI-assisted routing engine

The routing engine is completely new. Instead of rule-based assignment, it now uses a scoring model trained on your historical data to route leads, tasks, and notifications to the right person at the right time.

The model evaluates context signals — deal size, activity patterns, team capacity, historical outcomes — and makes assignment decisions that would have previously required manual configuration of dozens of rules.

2. Real-time monitoring layer

Every automation now has a live status feed. You can see exactly what's running, what's queued, what's failed, and why — in real time, without digging through logs.

Exception handling has also been overhauled. Instead of raw error logs, the system now translates failures into plain-language descriptions with suggested fixes attached.

3. 40+ new integrations

Suite 2.0 ships with 40 new native integrations, including direct connectors for the most commonly requested platforms from our existing client base.

How to upgrade

Existing clients on Suite 1.x will be migrated automatically over the next four weeks. Your existing automations will continue running without interruption during migration.

What's coming next

Suite 2.0 is the foundation. The next release cycle will focus on multi-step AI reasoning for complex process orchestration, a no-code logic builder for non-technical operators, and expanded analytics for tracking automation ROI automatically.
