Responsibilities
Build and manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads
Run discovery and qualification calls with operations leaders and decision makers
Work with the solutions team to scope initial client engagements
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on pipeline metrics weekly
Develop outreach sequences and refine messaging based on conversion data
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a revenue, sales, or business development role
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and buyer behaviour
Comfortable leading outbound prospecting and running discovery calls independently
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and sales engagement platforms
Excellent written communication — you write the kind of outreach people actually respond to
Familiarity with operations, automation, or SaaS is a strong plus
