Drive new client acquisition by identifying companies where automation can deliver immediate, measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads

  • Run discovery and qualification calls with operations leaders and decision makers

  • Work with the solutions team to scope initial client engagements

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on pipeline metrics weekly

  • Develop outreach sequences and refine messaging based on conversion data

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a revenue, sales, or business development role

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and buyer behaviour

  • Comfortable leading outbound prospecting and running discovery calls independently

  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and sales engagement platforms

  • Excellent written communication — you write the kind of outreach people actually respond to

  • Familiarity with operations, automation, or SaaS is a strong plus
