Responsibilities

• Monitor automation performance across active client deployments and flag anomalies

• Build and maintain internal dashboards for tracking ROI, error rates, and system health

• Conduct post-launch reviews and produce written performance reports

• Identify inefficiencies in internal workflows and propose solutions

• Support the solutions team with data analysis during client discovery

Requirements

• 2+ years in an analyst, operations, or data role

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools (Metabase, Looker, or similar)

• Strong written communication — you can turn data into clear, actionable summaries

• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving

• Familiarity with automation concepts or workflow tooling is a plus
