Responsibilities

• Own design for core product surfaces — dashboards, workflow builders, reporting

• Collaborate with engineering and product on feature scope and interaction design

• Build and maintain a component system that scales across the product

• Run user interviews and synthesize findings into design decisions

• Define and document interaction patterns for complex automation workflows

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or tooling

• Strong systems thinking — you design for complexity, not just simplicity

• Proficiency in Figma including components, variables, and prototyping

• Experience working closely with engineers to ship production interfaces

• Portfolio showing product-quality work, not just visual design

• Experience with dashboard or data-heavy UI is a strong plus
