Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions with clients to identify high-value automation opportunities

  • Produce detailed workflow specifications for the engineering team

  • Manage client relationships through implementation and post-launch

  • Track and report automation ROI metrics for each engagement

  • Help clients build internal ownership of the automations we deliver

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing technical or consulting role

  • Solid understanding of business operations — sales, finance, or HR workflows

  • Ability to run discovery calls and translate business problems into automation specs

  • Comfortable reviewing and validating automation logic without necessarily building it

  • Experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously

  • Background in operations, RevOps, or process consulting is a strong plus
