Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions with clients to identify high-value automation opportunities
Produce detailed workflow specifications for the engineering team
Manage client relationships through implementation and post-launch
Track and report automation ROI metrics for each engagement
Help clients build internal ownership of the automations we deliver
Requirements
3+ years in a client-facing technical or consulting role
Solid understanding of business operations — sales, finance, or HR workflows
Ability to run discovery calls and translate business problems into automation specs
Comfortable reviewing and validating automation logic without necessarily building it
Experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously
Background in operations, RevOps, or process consulting is a strong plus
